"He Came to Teach you Your Religion"
By Jamaal al-Din Zarabozo
Its aim is to generate within the subliminal self of man such spiritual power, light of faith and awareness of God as can enable him to strive successfully against all kinds of evils and temptations and remain steadfast at times of trial and adversity and protect himself against the weakness of the flesh and the mischief of immoderate appetites. How To Stop Worrying?
“18 percent of the adult population in the United States suffered from some form of anxiety disorder in 2009. Almost 23 percent of these cases were classified as severe anxiety.”
Unchecked anxiety can lead to frustration and excessive worry. This not only affects adults but also teenagers as we all know that teenagers have a lot of problems to face everyday. So, it is very important to overcome this problem in order to increase our productivity in daily life. Let’s follow the tips below :
1.Do not multitask. Do not do many things at once if you cannot manage yourself in that way. Do the the job slowly if you have to. Sometimes, we push ourselves to the limits until we are tensed up.
2. Breathe well. Take a deep breathe and hold them for about five seconds and exhale slowly. The correct way to breathe is the same with the breathing pattern when you are almost asleep. Your stomach expand as you inhale and your stomach contract when you exhale. Do this several times per day especially whenever anxiety and worry strikes. Breathing well also can relax your mind.
3. Take action. Stop thinking too much about the negative outcomes. You must realise that there is no point of being so stressed out about the things that you have done. Instead, make the worries put you into ACTION.
4. Be positive. Write down all the good things in your life and smile about it. You can make a blog or journal entry to express your thoughts and who knows? People might help you.
5. Socialise. Stop keeping the thought in your mind. Go out and talk to people around you. It’s even better if you talk with positive people so that you can get positive feedback.
6. Brainstorm. Write down all your negative, unreal thoughts on a piece of paper. Then tear the paper apart and throw it into the dustbin. You can even burn it if you want but be careful not to burn yourself.
7. Be true. Get to know yourself better. Do not lie to yourself and thoughts. If you cannot do something, you might be better at something else more than anyone you know. Everyone is gifted with a special and unique ability. Appreciate them although other people cannot see your ability.
8. Believe in God. If you do not believe in God, you have to remember that God always believes in you. There is a reason for everything that happens to you even if you think it is a bad thing. What does not kill you, makes you stronger.

An Apple a Day,Keeps Doctor Away~

10 HEALTH BENEFITS OF APPLES
We're told that an apple a day keeps the doctor away, but what exactly are the health benefits of apples? Here are ten reasons to heed the advice of that old proverb.
Bone Protection
French researchers found that a flavanoid called phloridzin that is found only in apples may protect post-menopausal women from osteoporosis and may also increase bone density. Boron, another ingredient in apples, also strengthens bones.
Asthma Help
One recent study shows that children with asthma who drank apple juice on a daily basis suffered from less wheezing than children who drank apple juice only once per month. Another study showed that children born to women who eat a lot of apples during pregnancy have lower rates of asthma than children whose mothers ate few apples.
Alzheimer's Prevention
A study on mice at Cornell University found that the quercetin in apples may protect brain cells from the kind of free radical damage that may lead to Alzheimer's disease.
Lower Cholesterol
The pectin in apples lowers LDL ("bad") cholesterol. People who eat two apples per day may lower their cholesterol by as much as 16 percent.
Lung Cancer Prevention
According to a study of 10,000 people, those who ate the most apples had a 50 percent lower risk of developing lung cancer. Researchers believe this is due to the high levels of the flavonoids quercetin and naringin in apples.
Breast Cancer Prevention
A Cornell University study found that rats who ate one apple per day reduced their risk of breast cancer by 17 percent. Rats fed three apples per day reduced their risk by 39 percent and those fed six apples per day reduced their risk by 44 percent.
Colon Cancer Prevention One study found that rats fed an extract from apple skins had a 43 percent lower risk of colon cancer. Other research shows that the pectin in apples reduces the risk of colon cancer and helps maintain a healthy digestive tract.
Liver Cancer Prevention
Research found that rats fed an extract from apple skins had a 57 percent lower risk of liver cancer.
Diabetes Management
The pectin in apples supplies galacturonic acid to the body which lowers the body's need for insulin and may help in the management of diabetes.
Weight Loss
A Brazilian study found that women who ate three apples or pears per day lost more weight while dieting than women who did not eat fruit while dieting.
SO,LET'S START A HEALTHY LIFE BY EATING AN APPLE!

MUTUAL SHARING : SECRET RECIPE

Not many of us realize the subtle and hidden secrets that lie behind our movements in Salah (prayer). How many people stand in prayer but their mind does not stand focused? How many people bow down but their inner soul refuses to bow? How many people prostrate but their heart fails to do so? And how many people pray but a prayer has not been written for them?
Movements in prayer have a certain meaning to our body. By saying our prayer we can exercise our muscles and bones especially the backbone. Every movement we make in saying the prayer contribute something such as when we stand still our backbone can be trained to be straight and this may avoid it from bending forward and creating a hump on our back.
When we bend down for ruku' our hand muscle being train to withstand the weight of or body and our backbone also will be in a straight condition. When our backbone is straight, automatically our ribs will be open wide and it will make us breath smoothly because there is no blockade on our lungs.

When we breathe freely and fully the amount of oxygen that enters our body will be more. With the huge amount of oxygen will make the blood carry a lot of oxygen throughout our body and to the brain. Brain with a full oxygenated blood will make a better performance in helping us to think brilliantly.
The beautiful secrets in prayer that we may not aware of. Keeping our prayer perfect for five times a day may avoid us to spend more time in normal exercises.

SANTAPAN ROHANI:SAYANGKAH KITA AKAN LIDAH?

CUBA ANDA BAYANGKAN..
PADA SUATU SAAT,NIKMAT MEMILIKI SEBUAH LIDAH DITARIK BALIK.LIDAH ANDA TERPAKSA DIBUANG KERANA KANSER ATAU TERDAPAT KETUMBUHAN YANG MUNGKIN AKAN MEMBAWA MAUT KEPADA DIRI ANDA SENDIRI.
DAPATKAH ANDA MERASAI NIKMAT MAKAN NASI KANDAR KARI KEPALA IKAN?DAPATKAH ANDA MERASAI BETAPA ‘KAW’NYA KOPI PANAS?DAN..DAPATKAH ANDA MENYEBUT ‘SUBHANALLAH’, ‘ALLAHUAKBAR’,DAN MENGUCAP 2 KALIMAH SHAHADAH?APATAH LAGI KALAU DISURUH MEMBACA AL-QURAN TANPA LIDAH?
MUNGKIN RAMAI YANG KATA, ‘GILA KE,MANA ADA ORANG TIADA LIDAH!’
LIDAH ADALAH ASET YANG PALING PENTING.DENGAN LIDAH,KITA MUNGKIN AKAN MENJADI SALAH SEORANG PENGHUNI SYURGA.DENGANNYA JUGA,KITA MUNGKIN MENEMPAH TIKET KE NERAKA!
“GHIBAH (MENGUMPAT) ITU ADALAH APABILA KAMU MENYEBUT PERIHAL SAUDARAMU DENGAN SESUATU YANG DIBENCINYA.”
(RIWAYAT AHMAD,MUSLIM DAN ABU DAUD)
Ada yang berkata,
“aku bukannya hendak mengata, tapi nak bagitahu hal sebenarnya,”
- BERZIKIR
- MENGUCAPKAN SALAM
- MEMBACA AL-QURAN
- MENUTURKAN KATA-KATA YANG BAIK
- MERASAI MAKANAN YANG HALAL LAGI BERKAT
JIKA KITA TIADA APA YANG INGIN DIUCAPKAN,MAKA ELOKLAH UNTUK BERDIAM.SELAMAT BERAMAL!
